It was hard to believe that a week had past and we had to leave paradise behind. We were bummed that the last day was a rain out but at least we had five full days of amazing weather, sun, sand and fun times all around.
On Saturday morning, we had a quick breakfast at the kitchen table.
Oliver's job was to pick out the shells he was going to take home to Colorado. It probably would have been easier for him to pick out which shells he was going to leave behind. I think he only left four behind. The rest came home with us. He was SO excited. He declared that he had found all of the shells in the ocean.
Debating with Dad on which shells he should bring home and why.
Keith rebutting Oliver's debate.
On the way out of town, we stopped in St Armands Circle for Starbucks. It had been a full week since my last Starbucks fix. Talk about a real treat. Oliver ran in quickly with me. Here is a quick shot of St Armands Circle.
On the way back to the car I asked Oliver for one last vacation photo. Even though it looks like he's in pain, he's saying "cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese, cheese......"
We were sad to leave and Oliver has asked at least a dozen times since we've left if we can go back to Florida someday. Yes, Oliver, we will go back again someday. Hopefully someday soon.

Big-puffy-heart-LOVE the new header photo of Mr. O. Stinking cute! And I just watched 2 hours of soccer in temperatures similar to Antarctica, so Florida is really looking fantastic to me at the moment! I'm trying not to be envious...
