Beach Boobie Races and Girls... Oh My!

Sure, we may have had one day or torrential rain, but we had SO many glorious days on either end.

Oliver wasn't much for watching the view above water, but he loved what he saw underwater.   The kid is a fish, even if the fish disagreed when he tried to catch them in his net.
Kellan was up for a bit of net fishing as well.
Every day, we picked a different spot to sit.  This particular day, we picked a spot that was being surrounded with water due to the tide coming in.  Keith and Oliver jumped into quick action to make a mote.

Kellan helped by bringing the tide in a bit sooner that the ocean intended.
Mommy helped to rebuild the mote throughout the day, but she really preferred to just enjoy a refreshing beverage and work on her tan.

Once the mote was build, the boys were back to catching the chicken of the sea.

Our camp, surrounded by water from the front and the back.  No worries, it's all good.
Is there really anything more fun than a day on the beach?  The boys would say, "no way!"

As the day went on, the best game of the week was invented.
Behold!!  The Boobie Races!!!
First step, out in the water until it was up to your boobies.
Next step, "Ready, Get Set, GO!"
RUNNNNN  to the shore toward the camera / Mommy!!!

While the Boobie Races ran on, camp was safe and secure.
Seriously, this was more fun than you can even imagine.  BELLY LAUGH, Fun!

Then suddenly, we were swimming in a pool.

With Girls!!!
Sipping fruit smoothies.

For the evening, we went over to Jorge and Lorelei's house for dinner.  Lorelei and I have been friends since high school.  They have a beautiful home that was fun, relaxed and refreshing with a personal pool.  Plus, they had a selfie stick.  When Lorelei busted out the selfie stick, there was no arguing.  Everyone gathered 'round for a photo op.  LOVE IT!

Oliver, Carrie, Jorge, Selene (sleeping in the pink floaty with Jorge), Keith
Kellan, Sophia, Lorelei
Lorelei prepared an awesome surf and turf dinner and we had such a great visit.
Thanks for having us over for dinner, De La Cruz family!  We loved seeing you!!
