Grandma and Grandpa Garner came to visit and we were all so excited!!
Kellan and I picked them up from the airport and then Grandma, Kellan and I went to pick up Oliver. Oliver had karate in the gym after school so we got to arrive a tad early to check him out. Grandma took a few photos of him showing us his moves.
Kellan loves to take photos, so he took a photo of Grandma and I.
Then he took photos of Grandma smothering Oliver with hugs and kisses. He was super excited to see her but playing shy. Silly boy.
At home, Grandma and Grandpa did not disappoint
with Lego surprises for the boys. They were SO excited and dove right into putting them together.
Grandpa helped Kellan with his first lego set and he loved it.
Thanks for the new legos, Grandma and Grandpa.
As luck would have it, Grandpa arrived on his birthday. Of course, we had to celebrate.
While we were at the grocery store, Kellan picked out Strawberry Shortcake for a birthday dessert. YUM!
Oliver got to light his first birthday candles.

Then, the birthday parade began with a Happy Birthday tune.

Strawberry Shortcake wouldn't be nearly as much fun without whipped cream.
Especially when Daddy sprays it directly into your mouth!
