Flying into Five

For Emerson and Evan's 5th birthday party, all of their friends were invited to Mid-Air Adventures, a zip lining place.  

This was a big move for Kellan, who is very cautious.  He walked up and down from the platform about five times, each time getting closer.  Finally, he went up to talk to the guy.  After some evaluating, he changed his mind.

A few minutes later, he was back.  This time, he put on the harness.

He carefully evaluated.

He them charmed them into helping him because he was "just learning".

WEEEEE!!!!!

He made it all of the way over to the landing platform, panicked look on his face and all.

Then, he did it again...

... and again...

WHOA!

This time, he FLEW through the air!

Such a big accomplishment for this kiddo.

I was so excited for him and proud.

As the fun was coming to an end, there were still formalities of ice cream cake.

Emerson and Evan were excited to have a Princess and Wolverine cake.
