Flag Football with a Win Again

Flag football season means one thing for sure,  there will be many blog posts with Oliver playing the fine sport.  This Sunday marked the third game for the Dragons and the third win.  They are carrying on their undefeated title into yet another season.  Oliver had several flag pulls but no touch downs.  Their opponents were the toughest yet, and they challenged the Dragons for their win.  Even with that, Oliver didn't walk away empty handed.

The focus and determination on Oliver's face is always intense.

He also runs off the field with a smile with his smooth stride.
Oh ya... he knows Mommy's got the camera on him.   It was as if he was looking for it.
Kellan was fired up for the game too.  He would take a moment from his Mickey Mouse show to root on Oliver.
"Go Oliver!!"
Then, just as quickly, he was back to the mouse.

Oliver was getting the plan of attack from coach Ben.

Which he executed on plan.
This girl tried to get his flags, then he showed her who was going to be pulling flags when the possession changed.
However, he couldn't escape this guy.  He was FAST and scored most (if not all) of the opponents touch downs.

Once again, it was time for the plan.
Then, it was time for execution.
Remember the girl who thought she was going to get Oliver's flags?  He showed her how it's done.  Then, he walked over and handed them to her like a gentleman.  (some of the kids like to taunt the opponents with their flags but Oliver has better sportsmanship than that.)
There's something about the stance.
Like Coach like Player.
Once again, getting the plan from the Coach and the ball from his school buddy, Owen.

GO GO GO!
Not quite, but he did make it half way down the field.
There's that stance again.
At the end of the game, the Dragons pulled out a tough win and Oliver won a medal!
He won the medal of the week for Good Listening.
He was SO excited and we couldn't be more proud of him!!
Way to Go Oliver!!
Way to go Dragons!!

Pretty stinking cute. And I loved that he returned the pulled flags to the little cutie pie politely. You can never be TOO polite! Way to raise that blonde-headed boy, Mom and Dad!
