Since Oliver was three, he has been asking to have a sleep over. Now that he's five, we figured we would give it a shot. There was really no rhyme or reason to five. More than anything it was that we know Owen really well and he knows us, so we thought we would give it a shot. Plus, we had thought we would stay the night at the Martin's house on New Years but since Mommy wasn't feeling well, the family came home. (Yes, our house has had our share of "the bug" like every other house). So, maybe this was a bit of a way to make up for it with Oliver.
Owen's Mommy was out of town for the big Notre Dame game, so the Martin guys came over to watch the game and eat pizza. Before Owen's Daddy and brother left, we put PJ's on the boys and they snuggled in for a photo op. Can't you tell by the smiles that they aren't really sleeping.

The boys did great and slept soundly until 7 AM the next morning.
After some breakfast and a bit of playing, it was time to take Owen home. They had a great time and Oliver is already excited to do it again!!
