Fourth of July Fun

It has been a crazy week and I'm just getting a chance to upload photos from our trip to Sheridan, WY for the Fourth of July. I took over 200 pictures and I've managed to narrow them down to a large handful for the posting.

The first order of business was a round of golf. Of course, we had to do a little quality control and check out some fine Coors products. Second order of business, POOL TIME!!!!

Sunscreen, Check!
Sunglasses, Check!
Hat, Check!
Super Cool Floatation Device, Check!

Time To Dive In!
Oliver with Aunt Lindsey who was visiting from San Diego.
Dad scoping out the splashing action.
That evening we had to run to town for a few things and we decided to stop by The Pony for a cool beverage. This is Jeff and Lindsey. (Notice Jeff's Super Cool T-Shirt!)
Carrie and Keith at The Pony.
Family photo on Keith's parents front porch.
Oliver celebrated his independence with his first ice cream. We all went to the park to have ice cream because it was 100 degrees out and it sounded like a nice afternoon treat. It was a shame that Oliver couldn't enjoy some of it so we gave him a couple of tastes. He shared with Dad and had blueberry cheesecake. He didn't get overly exited, but he kept going back for another taste, so he must have liked it.
Oliver loving the new variety of toys he was provided with at Aunt Patty's house.
Brian, Stephanie, Kaden and Lauren ready for fireworks.
Pool Day Number Two! Oliver loving life floating in the pool!
Like Father Like Son. Oliver scoping out the plastic workmanship on this shovel. Don't you just want to give his belly a big zerbert!!!
Our last night in town we went out for dinner with "the kids". Well, more like without the little kids and with the big kids.
Carrie, Stephanie and Lindsey showing their "Red, White and Blue" drinks. No, this wasn't planned.
Jeff and Lindsey, visiting from San Diego.

Stephanie and Brian, hometown Sheridan, WY.
Keith and Carrie, Straight up from Colorado.

The brothers: Brian, Keith and Jeff.
Uncle Jeff hanging out with Oliver.
Lauren and Oliver on the swing.
Oliver and his Hamilton cousins, Lauren and Kaden.

Nana and Oliver on Sunday morning.

I just couldn't resist sharing this series of photos. Oliver is demonstrating some SERIOUS G-Brow! There were 20 cars that pulled in to the rest stop on our ride home and out jumped a bunch of boy scouts. (you can see a few over Keith's shoulder) Come to find out, they were from Michigan and they were heading to New Mexico. This photo is Oliver scoping out the situation. I'm not sure he is thrilled with this invasion.
Oliver thinking, "I don't know if I like what I see. Those boy scouts over there look a little rowdy. Besides, who would be caught dead in khaki shorts with green and red tube socks pulled up to their knee?!"

Oliver, still seeming concerned. Do you think he is related to Grandpa Garner with all of these serious looks? HA HA!!

Tom Cruse eat your heart out - you have a replacement - what a cute little guy. Looks like he loves the water and you all had a good time.
