The entire first grade had a wax museum; Leaders and Achievers.
The each dressed up, learned about their "Leader and Achiever' and wrote 10 facts about their person. When the day came, we walked into a wax museum of first graders. With a push of the button, they recited their 10 facts.
Oliver was stiff as wax.
He took his role very serious and recited his lines with ease.
Mommy even took a photo with the wax Leader and Achiever.
Who was Oliver?
Well, Neil Armstrong, of course.
There is quite a resemblance, don't you think.
Oliver was amazing! We were so proud of him. We loved it so much that we pushed his button three times. Us and 30 other people. Yes, our boy counted how many times his button was pushed and he recited his lines. Nice Job Oliver Neil Armstrong!

What a wonderful idea for kids to learn. I'm sure Oliver was out of this world with information.
