In an effort to catch up the blog with photos from before Christmas, these are random moments through December that I thought I would share. It was a very busy month, as I'm sure it was for most people. We are glad that it is almost over and 2011 is off to a slow start. We may actually start to get caught up around the house with things we need to do... or, maybe not.
This paticular night, Oliver asked if he could hold Kellan and I noticed they matched, which gave me a photo op. Lucky for me, the boys cooperated with happy faces.
Oliver and Keith sharing a hug.
Kellan with dreamy eyes, perhaps wishing he was headed to bed.
At Starbucks this day I noticed these super cute polar bear cookies. I brought one home for Oliver, which was a big hit. He's not much of a sweets guy, so he only ate part of it and we were very ok with that. He loved it and that's all that mattered.
Kellan LOVES this ball. He can really get a good grip on it and he tries to get it in his mouth, like most everything within arms reach.
One fine weekend morning, Kellan and Oliver were enjoying some tummy time while I was cooking in the kitchen. Oliver, playing iPhone games and Kellan looking on our of curiosity.
This year we added a train under the tree and it was a HUGE hit. Oliver Loved spending time by the tree, playing with the train.
Oliver and Dad even made tunnels out of gifts.
It has taken three years, but Oliver has discovered Mom's heels. He got a little upset with them because they kept wanting to slide off. Maybe because they are WAY too big!
We got together with the neighbors for the annual Christmas party. It is a tradition to exchange cookies, beer and the kids exchange ornaments. Here the kids are in mid-ornament exchange.

Here are some videos of our chatty guy. He is quite the conversationalist and he has chats regularly.
