The day that the boys had been anticipating for weeks had finally arrived, St Patrick's Day. For 365 days, Oliver had been plotting how to finally catch the Leprechaun. Last year, he snagged his shorts and socks. This year, he wanted the whole enchilada.
No only was it St Patrick's day but it was the first day of Sprit Week at school which started with Mustache Monday. Oliver was suited up and ready to rock the stache.
Kellan thinks his big brother is basically the best thing since the invention of juice boxes and bar snacks (Nutri Grain Bars) so he wanted to rock a stache just like his big bro.
The Stache Bros on a St Pat's Mustache Monday.
That night, the boys engineered the trap that they had been talking about for a year. The next morning, they went to the basement in search of the little green man. First up, they spotted his treasurer strung across the floor.
Then, they discovered evidence that they had caught him and he busted out the side of the box, leaving so fast that it turned the box green.
Until next year little Leprechaun....

Well... I think both of your boys are the best thing since the invention of juice boxes and bar snacks and chai tea!
And the leprechauns at your house were really amazing! Colorado leprechauns must have more talent than the ones who live here, because all ours ever do is turn the milk green and knock the dining room chairs over. I think you've set the leprechaun bar quite high for other families to follow!
Also... you'll be happy to know... Jim has apparently solved the problem of "Why Can't I Leave A Comment On Any Blog Hosted By Blogspot?" issue. All is well in Comment Land now. I have no idea what he did to fix things, because I had to walk away from all the technical, behind-the-scenes work. My ADD was kicking in...
